Zpr\u00e1va \u201eBarometr 2024\u201c* osv\u011btluje kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 trendy, kter\u00e9 ur\u010duj\u00ed budoucnost spr\u00e1vy vozov\u00e9ho parku a mobility zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v polsk\u00fdch spole\u010dnostech na pozad\u00ed evropsk\u00fdch dat.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dynamick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj polsk\u00fdch vozov\u00fdch park\u016f\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<br>Podle pr\u016fzkumu 92 % polsk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee po\u010det vozidel v jejich vozov\u00fdch parc\u00edch z\u016fstane v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch t\u0159ech letech stejn\u00fd nebo se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed. Polsko je na p\u0159edn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b v Evrop\u011b, pokud jde o vyhl\u00eddky na r\u016fst vozov\u00e9ho parku. Mezi TOP 5 zem\u00ed Evropy, pokud jde o celkov\u00fd po\u010det vozov\u00fdch park\u016f, pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. \u0158ecko &#8211; 42 %,\u00a0\u00a0<br>2. A\u017e 39 % respondent\u016f deklaruje z\u00e1m\u011br roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it sv\u016fj dod\u00e1vkov\u00fd vozov\u00fd park v Polsku. Zat\u00edmco v Polsku pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ojet\u00e1 vozidla pouze ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u010dtvrt\u00e1 spole\u010dnost, v Evrop\u011b tak \u010din\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 40 % spole\u010dnost\u00ed. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 alespo\u0148 jedno pln\u011b elektrick\u00e9 vozidlo 18 % firem, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje n\u00e1r\u016fst o 2 % oproti roku 2023. V\u00fdrazn\u00fd skok je v t\u00e9to kategorii patrn\u00fd u velk\u00fdch firem, kde se pod\u00edl vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch elektromobily zv\u00fd\u0161il z 16 % na 25 %. Nav\u00edc t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 40 % spole\u010dnost\u00ed deklaruje, \u017ee jejich vozov\u00fd park zahrnuje elektrifikovan\u00e1 vozidla. Tento v\u00fdsledek je v\u0161ak pod evropsk\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem, kter\u00fd \u010din\u00ed 59 %.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kter\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti se nejpomaleji vzd\u00e1vaj\u00ed spalovac\u00edch automobil\u016f? Ty nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed. V Polsku je pr\u00e1v\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fddaj\u016f na pohonn\u00e9 hmoty nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm motivem pro za\u0159azen\u00ed elektromobil\u016f do vozov\u00e9ho parku &#8211; 48 % oproti 29 % v EU.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co naopak odrazuje vozov\u00e9 parky od zaveden\u00ed pln\u011b elektrick\u00fdch voz\u016f?\u00a0<br>V Polsku jsou to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tyto faktory:\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; mal\u00fd po\u010det ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst (47%)\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u0159izovac\u00ed cena vozidla (46%),\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; \u00fazk\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br model\u016f (37%).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V EU se naproti tomu jedn\u00e1 o argument souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s:\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; mal\u00fdm po\u010dtem ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst (36%),\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cenou vozidel (33%)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; nedostate\u010dnou nab\u00edjec\u00ed infrastrukturou v dom\u00e1cnostech zam\u011bstnanc\u016f (29%).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e1 je motivace k zaveden\u00ed pln\u011b elektrick\u00fdch voz\u016f do vozov\u00e9ho parku v Polsku?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f na pohonn\u00e9 hmoty (48%),\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed (44%),\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; zlep\u0161en\u00ed image spole\u010dnosti (34%).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V EU jsou naopak nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi faktory pro spole\u010dnosti s vozov\u00fdm parkem elektromobil\u016f:\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed (36%),\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f na pohonn\u00e9 hmoty (29%),\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; soulad s politikou soci\u00e1ln\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti podniku (26%).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm bodem pr\u016fzkumu byla \u00farove\u0148 zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed alternativn\u00edch pohon\u016f (BEV, HEV, PHEV) v Evrop\u011b. Mezi TOP 3 zem\u011b pat\u0159ilo \u0160v\u00e9dsko (84 %), Francie (83 %) a Velk\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nie (82 %). U dod\u00e1vek bude tento pod\u00edl je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed (91 %). Naopak v EU bude v\u00edce ne\u017e 40 % osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f s alternativn\u00edm pohonem, mezi dod\u00e1vkami t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 30 %.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alternativn\u00ed formy mobility a r\u016fst z\u00e1jmu o pron\u00e1jem\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><br>Alternativn\u00ed formy mobility, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad sd\u00edlen\u00ed firemn\u00edch voz\u016f, sd\u00edlen\u00ed automobil\u016f, p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na auto nebo pron\u00e1jem automobil\u016f \u010di j\u00edzdn\u00edch kol, jsou v Polsku vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto ne\u017e v Evrop\u011b. Pouze 55 % polsk\u00fdch podnik\u016f zavedlo n\u011bkter\u00e9 z t\u011bchto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, zat\u00edmco v EU je to 79 %. Mezi TOP 5 v Evrop\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159:\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; Norsko (90%),\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; Nizozemsko (88%),\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; N\u011bmecko (87%),\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; \u0160v\u00e9dsko (85%),\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed (84%).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do t\u0159\u00ed let by podle 85 % polsk\u00fdch podnik\u016f cht\u011blo vyu\u017e\u00edvat alternativy ke slu\u017eebn\u00edmu vozu, v EU je to 92 % podnik\u016f. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed potenci\u00e1l vid\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 pova\u017euj\u00ed mobilitu za formu zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9ho benefitu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 t\u0159et\u00ed polsk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost zva\u017euje vyu\u017eit\u00ed slu\u017eeb pron\u00e1jmu pro sv\u016fj vozov\u00fd park. N\u00e1kup za vlastn\u00ed prost\u0159edky se vr\u00e1til na prvn\u00ed m\u00edsto mezi nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi formami financov\u00e1n\u00ed automobil\u016f ve firm\u00e1ch (35 %). Nej\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst pod\u00edlu pron\u00e1jmu je v Polsku zaznamen\u00e1n ve firm\u00e1ch se 100-499 zam\u011bstnanci a \u010din\u00ed 37 %. Naopak v EU se stejn\u00fd \u00fadaj t\u00fdk\u00e1 firem s 500 a v\u00edce zam\u011bstnanci.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pr\u016fzkumu\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><br>1. Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed firemn\u00ed mobility\u00a0\u00a0<br>V p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch letech pl\u00e1nuje 29 % dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch polsk\u00fdch firem (v EU je to 24 %) roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it sv\u016fj vozov\u00fd park.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Elektromobilita\u00a0\u00a0<br>Elektrifikovan\u00e9 osobn\u00ed automobily pl\u00e1nuje vyu\u017e\u00edvat 70 % polsk\u00fdch firem (v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed se 77 % v EU). Pln\u011b elektrick\u00e9 vozy hodl\u00e1 do sv\u00e9ho vozov\u00e9ho parku za\u0159adit 34 % z nich.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Dod\u00e1vky na elektrick\u00fd pohon (eLCV)\u00a0\u00a0<br>Elektrick\u00e9 dod\u00e1vkov\u00e9 vozy pl\u00e1nuje v Polsku vyu\u017e\u00edvat 20 % spole\u010dnost\u00ed (v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s 34 % v EU) a 4 % je ji\u017e maj\u00ed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 prost\u0159edky\u00a0\u00a0<br>48 % spole\u010dnost\u00ed v Polsku (ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s 29 % v EU) uv\u00e1d\u00ed jako hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvod pro zaveden\u00ed osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f s alternativn\u00edm pohonem do sv\u00e9ho vozov\u00e9ho parku \u00fasporu paliva.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Rostouc\u00ed z\u00e1jem o pron\u00e1jem\u00a0\u00a0<br>O vyu\u017eit\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9ho pron\u00e1jmu vozidel uva\u017euje 33 % polsk\u00fdch firem (v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s 35 % v EU).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
